This Privacy Policy explains how Logos Data LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Company,” “Logos Data,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, protects and otherwise processes personal information when you access or use our websites, applications, supplier onboarding flows, catalog tools, beta services, APIs, dashboards, communications and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, submitting information to us, requesting beta access, connecting a supplier feed, creating an account, or communicating with us, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

We retain personal information as described in the “Data Retention” section. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit unless we provide the required notice and choice.
